When I go to "Bookmarks", I have to apply: "Show All Bookmarks" is this normal ? Or is there a way to avoid this ?

Yes, it is avoidable if you use the Bookmarks Bar with folders or organise your bookmarks in folders, thus you can browse via the Bookmarks menu.
