Books across apps?

I'm seeing as these book apps, Marvel, Amazon Kindle, iBooks. Will I have to change apps to change books? If so Apple should say no and make everything go in the iBooks store because it'll ruin it if there are so many stores.

That's a lot like asking Apple to integrate Pandora into iTues. Not going to happen.
