Hi all,
I noticed in B4 that my books app was a bit messed up. When ever I tried to click on a download book / pdf it gave me an error it couldn't open the file and any other doc I clicked to download just hung. As such, I turned off books syncing and iCloud book syncing and switched back on. This resulted in removing all the book from the app, as expected, but on turning sync back on in both the iCloud settings and books app setting it stayed the same and shows no icloud content.
I tried removing the books app, and reinstalling and same problem. No iCloud content visible. Normally in collections I see around 200 PDF's. I have none today. However, on my Mac and iPhone they show fine. iPhone also running ios13.
Last night I upgraded to b5 hoping it would fix, but still the same. If I go to iCloud drive I can see I have 4gb of books, but the app just doesn't seem to think I cloud is on.
I'm sure in the past, when I toggled it on and of, I got a warning making sure I wanted to use iCloud for book, not getting that today.
I've rebooted, deleted the app, toggled on the settings in books and iCloud and double checked settings are the same as my iphone.
I'd rather not nuke the ipad and start a new..
Any other suggestions?
