I'm not really sure I'm posting this in the right forum area, but here it goes...

Like many, I just upgraded to OS X 10.11 and I gotta say I really love it. The only thing that's hanging me up a little is Boom. I love Boom and want to continue to use it, but after the upgrade, it no longer functions globally. It can still be used to MODIFY sound files, but I like it as a global EQ and sound device.

I'm presented with a popup to purchase v.2 but I tried the trialware and it didn't work for me. I've also read of many users claiming that it just doesn't enhance the sound like v.1 does. It's been many months since I last tried v.2 so maybe it's fixed now.

Does anyone here use Boom or have any insights on the matter?

BTW, I'm using Boom on the system listed in my signature. Thanks...
