booq Vyper 3M "fixed"?

I just got a booq Vyper 3M for my 15" unibody MacBook Pro, after reading some positive reviews on this forum. It seems that booq may have updated the design to better fit the current MBP, because as far as I can tell there is no extra space for the machine to slide around. In fact, the 3M fits quite snugly around the entire machine.

Thanks to those on this forum who (unknowingly) gave advice on this great product.

Do the zippers make contact with the case? That would be my main concern, the possibility of scratches with repeated use
