Hey,

Pretty straightforward question. Is there a way I can boost the VRAM clock on my Mac Pro 5,1 with a Radeon W5500 video card? I'm running 12.6.1 with OCLP. If there isn't a way, that's not an issue, I'm just wondering.

I never use any work station card, but if you can overclock its VRAM in Windows, then you can dump the powerplay table and inject that into macOS by using OpenCore. It may work.

However, the driver for work station card is different in Windows. I really don't know if it can be done. If the AMD software has no such ability. Then you may try MSI Afterburner.

P.S. the max overclockability is different in macOS and Windows. e.g. I can keep my Radeon VII's HBM2 @ 1200MHz in Windows, but I can't go beyond 1100MHz in macOS. It won't crash, but from the performance I can tell the HBM2 isn't working at that speed.
