I bought a G5 powermac 1.8ghz and realized i might as well give my 12" powerbook 1.5 a speed bump by firewiring the Powerbook harddrive through the Powermac.

it works fine.

But now I've got another problem on Leopard... I can't seem to make the system go into Time Capsule mode with the targeted firewired Powerbook's hard drive.

It recognizes the drive but does not want to use it as a time Capsule. I have a firewire external hard drive but it is ATA that I am using for backups in Time Capsule. Should I maybe just use the internal Powermac drive as the Time Capsule drive?
