I have tried to set up a second volume (and start up disk) on my M1 Air and use Monterey on this volume (have done so on several of my Intel Macbooks), using Ventura on the ordinary volume. I have set up a bootable USB device with Monterey, I have added a second volume using disk utilities, I start the Air in recovery mode, I choose the bootable USB device, Monterey and the new second volume seems to start but then I get "This volume does not have any authorised users for this computer" and the installation fails.
What can I do?
Thanks for any help!
