Boot camp 1.3

I have bootcamp 1.12 installed and using the XP with no problem whatsoever I downloaded bootcamp 1.3 and tried to run the bootcamp assistant from the utility menu and I get the following message " The startup disk can not be partitioned or restored to a single partition " so I can not create the Mac drivers CD after updating the 1.12 to 1.3 in order to upgrade my XP to Vista ultimate can you help please...???
