I just did the boot camp to windows 7 and i have my macbook pro hooked up to a monitor using mini display port to dvi. 2 issues, 1) when i close the macbook it doesnt seem to go into clamshell? mode while in windows and 2) i went to change the resolution and it only goes to 1440. How do i get 1920x1080??? Thanks in advance for any help!!!
