Boot Camp and Disk Utility can't remove Win partition

Hi guys,

I made a partition in my Tiger Macbook to install WIN. Now i want to delete the partition. Tried to do that with Boot Camp, and the application says it' done, but the partition is still there. Tried with Disk Utility, and I am not able to click the "Remove" button (as on the image).

If I startup my Mac with the installation CD/DVD in it, I will be able to delete the partition? I ask that coz I dont have the installation CD. So I would have to either buy it or borrow it, and therefore I wanted to be sure first.

If you were using Boot Camp Beta, this has steps for removing the Windows partition correctly.
