Boot Camp Assistant - Mine is different?

Hey, I'm trying to install Win8 on my Macbook Pro (Early 2011), I have the Windows OS as .ISO and have put it on my external flash (formatted to MS-DOS (FAT32). When I try to install it through BootCamp, my launcher is different to others. (Edit: I'm using Mountain Lion)

Found this, and it showed the new option.
