Boot Camp Assistant update?

Is there an update I need to download, in order to run the Boot Camp Assistant to allow a Windows 7 install? If so, where can I find it?

Also, I have a macbook unibody 2.26GHz 2GB ram:
-Is it fast enough to run Windows 7?
-Should I run windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?

I'm REAL new to this, so thanks in advance for your patience!!
