when I will install windows 7 via boot camp after restarting, by default, iMac will load OSX or show me screen to choose operating system?

Within both OS X and Windows will be the ability to change the "Startup Disk". That will set the OS you go into next time you log in. If you don't change it, it will always go to that one by default.

You can also hold down Option while booting up to get the choice.

It will default you into OS X unless you had changed it in the settings which at the moment I cannot remember exactly where you make this change.

When you restart your mac hold down the options on your keyboard to choose between Windows or OS X
