Boot Camp does not support USB4 devices

My MacBook Pro is a 16-inch 2019 model,Bootcamp installs Windows 11,The system version is 23H2,I purchased a USB4 hard drive enclosure,The main control chip is ASM2464,It can work normally under macOS, and the read and write speed can reach USB4 speed,But it is not recognized as USB4 in bootcamp,Only USB 3.1 10Gb/s is supported

2019 MBP 16-inch doesn’t have USB4 ports. It has Thunderbolt 3 backwards to USB 3.1 Gen 2.
