Boot camp from flash drive?

So my question is kind of yes or no: can you boot camp windows from a flash drive? My disk drive is broken because some one stepped on it and this is my only option, since the external cd drive only works on the air. so yes or no?

Install a program called rEFIt. It will allow you to boot from your usb os when you turn on your comp. I use it myself and I love it.
