Hello,
Bit of a small issue - Now I have a mac book 3,1 which is a little old I know however it runs just fine still :) However I am trying to install Windows 8 on Boot camp which installs just fine, Mouse etc. all work fine (Before the install of the Boot camp Support Files)

However when I install the boot camp tools - All sound etc... works as needed apart from the track pad that just dies?

In device manager there is nothing to suggest the drivers have not installed and after following the help and advise of blogs etc. of changing drivers etc to USB input device (which it is currently) it still does not work.

Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and could advise me on what to do next?

Thank you :)
