Hello -

I would like to install a copy of Windows 7 Pro using Boot Camp onto my 2010 MBP. I do not have an install DVD though; however, I do have the files from the install DVD on a flash drive.

How would I go about installing Windows 7 on Boot Camp if I don't have the DVD? (Yes, I do have a product key for it; just missing the DVD).

Thanks!

One way is to create an iso image from the set of files that you do have and then burn that iso image to a dvd.

Another option is to search around and find some guaranteed to be working iso copies of win 7 install dvd on the internet ( legitimate copies I mean not pirated stuff ).

On my 2011 macbook air I ended up creating a bootable usb flash drive of the windows 7 installation dvd so that is a 3rd choice.
