Boot Camp Macbook Pro 2016 and bluetooth

Hey guys,
anyone know what to do to force bluetooth working on Windows on MacBook pro 2016? Devices're able to be discovery but they wont be connected.

I've tried it on anniversary update and on the creators update. I've updated everything through Apple update software.

Any ideas what to do? I cant buy wired mouse because of localisation when I am.
