boot camp / mounted image

Hi

Is there any way to install Windws XP without actually using a CD/DVD; like using a mounted .iso from the hard drive (i have a external hard drive aswell).

Not that I have seen. Once you reboot its just like installing on a windows box. Maybe if the apple could boot to usb device instead of just the CD but i doubt they have that functionality.
