boot camp or fusion for Quickbooks

I need to use Quickbooks for my business. I've read reviews that the Quickbooks for Mac does not do well when data is imported from a PC. Since I have over a years worth on data I can't afford a bad transfer. So I will use my current PC version of Quickbooks on my macbook pro.
Which program do you prefer when using Windows on my macbook?
How much of a hassle is it to log in and out when using bootcamp?
Does Fusion open my entire mac system up to viruses?
