Boot Camp problem

I just installed a new HDD and used carbon clone, to copy my old harddrive. Now I can't seem to run Boot camp Assistant. I would get an error telling me to update my system software, but it's already updated.

Do you have Tiger or Leopard?

I have leopard, but it works now, I just did a fresh install of leopard and copied my backup files over.
