Boot Camp Problems, PLEASE HELP!!!!

I am installing boot camp for the third time on my BlackBook and have run into a problem I have not yet come across. I am trying to create a 24 GB partition on my 120GB hard drive that has 39 GB free space. When I start the partition stage of Boot Camp I get this error message...

I have recently done a FULL defragment of my Mac OS X partition using iDefrag on a Boot CD and I have no files larger than 700 MB.
