Ok i'm new to this site and i'm new to mac computing. I recently partitioned my macbook and installed xp pro sp2. The only problem is that when i boot without holding down the option key, it loads windows xp before os 10.0. There must be a way to make it load mac before windows. I was just wondering if anybody could tell me what i should do.

After the boot chime, hold down Option to choose.

In Windows, go to the Startup Disk control panel and change the startup disk to OS X.

In OS X, go to the Startup Disk preference pane and change the startup disk to Windows.

And you have 10.4. Not 10.0.

1. For future references, it is 10.4, not 10.0
2. Go to system preferences -> startup disk -> Choose your OSX

EDIT: Beaten to the punch...

Ok thanks very much :) when it first loaded straight into windows i had the horrible feeling i'd overwritten :apple: Now it's running fine :D Thanks To you two for the ver fast responses and the help.
