I bought my Macbook on the 24th of January and I finally decided to install Boot Camp since there's no Activesync available for my Windows phone.
Now, my question is: Is there any way to view pictures,mp3s from mac os while I'm on XP and vice versa?
I would hate to have to download my music library on XP as well just to update my phone's music library.

For the missing Active Synch use Missing Synch http://www.markspace.com/downloads.html

It's really, really good and integrates with iCal or Entourage.
Then you won't have to boot into Windows with Bootcamp ..

And to answer your question you can use a program called "Macdrive" to read your Mac files while in PC mode. Or copy them onto an external hard drive.

cmclaughlan,

Is there a program to view my XP files while in MAC? Or does Macdrive handle both directions?

MacDrive is Windows software so it will only work under Windows.

Mac OS X will natively read NTFS file systems but cannot write to them. It will, however, read and write to FAT32 file systems.
