Boot Camp - stuck on "downloading windows support software"

Im stuck in osx at the boot camp step when osx is downloading windows support software.

the only problem is, that its stuck, been like this for 2 hours, and nothing is happening, the bar isnt moving at all.

any tips? is the bootcamp drivers available anywhere else+

I had that issue this weekend, I ended up rebooting into mac, wiping the partition, and starting over. It worked after that
