Boot camp time issues

Hey everyone,
I am running leopard, which i got from APPLE.
When ever I restart my system from WindowsXP to Leopard, the time is changing, it is showing the GMT Time , i am sure that i set the timezone and the automatic settings too, and i saved it too but everytime i do that it is going back in time.
help me
