I haven't been able to create a new bootcamp partition because there is a fragmented file. I purchased iDefrag and tried that, but after doing a full defrag there is a small area of fragmented files at the end of the drive. I want to just delete these files so I can install BootCamp, so how can I find out what these files are so I can delete them?

Firstly have you verified / repaired the HDD using disk utility? If there is something corrupted on the HDD this could be why it won't work

When I had this problem I did this and it worked. OP have you tried it?
