Boot Camp utility won't open

Hi
I'm trying to delete a windows partition, but bootcamp won't open.
I've tried updating the firmware, but it is already up to date.
I've also tried to delete it with disk utility, but it does not show that option. I've only managed to delete all the files in it, so the partition is pretty much empty.
What should I do to delete this partition? get the bootcamp running?
