Boot Camp + VMWare to just VMWare

Currently, I have Windows XP installed in a 32GB Boot Camp partition. I also virtualize the Boot Camp install using VMWare Fusion (2.0). I've decided to get rid of the Boot Camp partition in favor of exclusively using VMWare.

Can I convert the boot camp partition to a VMWare VM file on my OS X partition?
