Boot camp wiht pre-installed Win7

I'm switching to a macbook pro soon from a lenovo and I have current win7 installation on a 750Gb disk which is full of my music/audio applications. Just wondering if I can go thru the boot camp install wizard and point it to my existing win7 installation?

If this might work, should I copy any mac drivers/files across prior to attempting it?
