Boot Camp Windows 7 problems?

Hello, I remember that when Boot Camp was first out, there were tons of performance and driver issues. Are those problems gone now? Does Windows 7 perform well on Macs? Do Apple's drivers for Windows work well? Thanks.

MBP still runs hotter and gets less battery life under BootCamp, largely because GPU switching isn't enabled in Windows under BootCamp. I don't see this changing anytime soon though. Otherwise, it seems to work pretty smoothly at this point.

That and the fact that power management under windows sucks, but that goes for any computer.

The kinks have long been worked out. Bootcamp's been out what, 4 or 5 years now?
