(i already activated and eveyrthing) then went i say "yes" i want to activate, it takes me to the activation window but then that screen says "windows has been successfully activated" and i press okay and it logs me out... never loads the start menu or anything. i cant even pres contorl alt delete....

any one run into this problem???

I'd say this is more of a Windows problem, rather than a Mac OS X problem.

Having said that, I have never experienced that. Are you using a valid Windows XP key that you own the licence for?

Google for it, there is a file that stores your activation, it is unique to each install, and can not be replaced. If it is corrupt, you will have to install windows again. When you log into your Administrator account, do you get the same results?
