S seashellz macrumors 6502 Original poster Nov 18, 2004 407 0 Sep 3, 2008 #3 my Leopard disc somehow got a big scratch across it, I worry that this may render it unusable at some point- so Ive made a backup which works fine-but like Apples DU REPAIRING PERMISSIONS- takes AGES to load
