I updated from 13.5 to 13.6 yesterday. The installation went fine but after the first restart I got the attached screenshot. The firmware then switched boot drive and loaded the old 10.6.8 system I still have installed there. Luckily, I could reverse everything thanks to CCC. Anyone else with a similar problem or know a solution? It's a Mac Pro 2009 -> 5,1 dual CPU. SIP is disabled. Could that be the problem?

Boot drive not recognized after 10.13.6 update
