I have a Titanium with no screen. It's connected, via VGA, to an external monitor. When booting the laptop the Mac background appears on the external monitor but not the hard drive icon or the menu bar. How can I get them to appear on my external monitor?

Hmm. What you need to do is set the primary display for the computer, but you can only do that with a window that appears on the TiBook.

What OS is it running?
