Boot sequence OS10 and Windows xp

I installed Windows Xp on my Macbook Pro. Works fine. I would like to change the boot sequence if I reboot and don't hold the option key I reboot into XP I want to be able to reboot without holding the option key and reboot into Mac os10 can this be done.

Look in System Preferences. It's really obvious.
