Boot up delay (black screen) on Win7 using Bootcamp

When I first installed Win7 on my 2009 Late Model Unibody it booted up pretty quick. Now when I boot up I get a black screen. I can move the mouse pointer around and after about 3-5 minutes on the black screen it will go to my Win7 desktop. I have no programs opening at boot since I did a clean install.

I've only installed Evernote, Chrome, Visual Studio 2010 (Custom Install for C++ only) on Win7. Is there an issue?

I get no issues when booting into Mac by the way.
