My MBP was acting really funny last week and Apple replaced my logic board. Now when I put my SSD back into the computer the boot time takes forever compared to before. Why is this?

No I havent, how do you do that? I went to Disk Utility and I don't see anything relating to that. And there are 2 software updates "Macbook Pro EFI Firmware Update and Thunderbolt Firmware Update" whenever I install them my MBP just crashes and makes a beeping noise. Would you know anything about that?

My bad. It's in System Preferences. Bottom right, kinda...

I don't know why your computer crashes though.

Ok, I reinstalled Lion and it fixed the boot issue. I still have a problem with my computer crashing when trying to install the updates I mentioned earlier. Anyone have any idea of why this is happening?
