Boot Windows from a raw partition in VirtualBox

Does anyone know how to configure VirtualBox 3.0.10 to boot Windows from a raw partition? I have Win 7 Pro installed on a Boot Camp partition that works well enough. I want to boot it in VirtualBox as well so I don't have to restart to access Windows programs that don't play well in WINE.
Tools I have:
Win 7 Pro (64-bit)
Snow Leopard (10.6.1)
VirtualBox (3.0.10)
on a 13" MBP
