Boot Windows installation in EFI mode

Hello,


Is it possible to boot à Windows installation media (DVD or USB stick) in EFI mode on a MacBook Mid 2007?


Everytime I boot on a Windows installation media, I cannot create the quantity of partition that I would like to have because it has boot in BIOS mode.
