Bootable Disk?

Ok, I don't know if this is the right area for this but, i have three files, a .img (the OS), .ccd, .sub, i think the last two files i dont need. But the .img needs to be an .iso file to be a bootable OS right? Im confused about the whole thing on how to convert it. Please Help!!!!
