What format does a usb flash drive has to be for a power mac needs to boot off it? I know how to do the open firmware to boot a usb. But does it has to be formatted has. I do the disk utility to copy the dmg file to the usb and it formats it then copies file to it but when i try to boot off it. I will get a message telling me basically it's not bootable. Thanks for the help.
