So I'm still working out the kinks with my setup for my 2011 15"MBP. I have a 128gb SSD (factory) that I have partitioned for OS X and Windows 7. I took it out and placed it in the optical bay, so I could fit a 1tb HDD in the factory drive bay.

With that configuration, everything works. I want to install a third partition, my second Bootcamp partition on my 1tb drive. I used Winclone to image the Bootcamp partition on the SSD and restore it to a new partition on the HDD.

When I boot and hold the option key, I get three options. Macintosh HD & 2x Windows. The first 'Windows' option boots my new partition on the HDD. It boots fine and everything works (except it doesn't see my SSD Windows partition). The second 'Windows' option boots the original Bootcamp partition on my SSD. This gives me a BSOD that I can't get around with either normal booting or safe mode. It always hangs at classpnp.sys. If I boot the SSD partition in VMWare Fusion, it boots fine. If I remove the new partition on the HDD, the one on the SSD starts working again with no BSOD.

So obviously Windows is having issues with the two partitions. I'm just not sure what the issue is, or how to resolve it. Any suggestions?
