Bootcamp 4.0.3 MPR 2011 Issues

I'm trying to create a bootable Windows 8 on my 64g flash drive with bootcamp. I've seen that for most people (namely non-optical drive) the new bootcamp offers them the choice to create an windows installation drive onto a usb. I want to then use my already installed refit to boot windows 8. However, for me there is no option to do so, I simply receive this screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Which version of OS X are you running?

This is quite strange, I'd recommend booting into the recovery partition and reinstalling Lion on top of itself. Alternatively, you could use disk utility to burn the iso to a dvd and just install that way.

I upgraded to 10.8 and bootcamp still doesn't even offer me the choice for usb installation.
