BootCamp 4, where are the drivers?

So in bootcamp 4, you have the option to create a driver disc for your computer OR, it claims, if you create a Windows USB install drive it will include the drivers for your computer on it...

I created the USB install drive, got Win 7 installed. Have no drivers. Can't locate them on the USB drive and they don't auto-load if I eject and then re-insert the drive.

Anyone know where they are?

you have to make a drivers dvd or usb flash drive in a separate step within BootCamp and install that after Windows has been installed. the installation guide will show you how.
