Bootcamp acpi_bios_error

Hi,

my bootcamp partition with Windows 10 suddenly stopped working and it froze during the boot, so I have tried to remove it, create again, but windows does not want to install giving me error ACPI_BIOS_ERROR message.

I have MBP 2017 with Big Sur 11.3 installed.

I have done these steps:
1. remove and recreate bootcamp partition
2. completely resetted SMC and PRAM
3. Completely wiped out whole Mac OS partition and reinstalled laptop from the scratch
4. Again tried bootcamp and NOTHING.

I would appreciate any help here. I do not want to reinstall Mac again.
