I recently installed windows 7 64bit on bootcamp, along with the latest apple updates. I tried to run BF3 beta today and it says my drivers are out of date. Does anyone know the best driver out there I can use for this graphic card?

I tried installing this http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/embedded/Pages/embedded_windows_all.aspx

And even though the graphic card driver is 8.89 now, I got a lot of errors and failure messages in the installation

Can anyone help me out?!

Thanks

Same 6970m problem with BF3

im also stuck and waited for this game for so long....
please advise what to do incase you find the answer.

thanks

Well, after wasting 2-3 hours installing/uninstalling various drivers, I finally got the following BF3 sepecific "hot fix" to work:
http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDCatalyst1110Previewdriver.aspx

...BUT...

EA's Origin is just a complete amd utter headtrip. You have to browse for a game in the browser, select a server and then it will let you join.

Except all it does (in my case anyway) is tell me "You're now Playing" but doesn't load the game or anything else. An actual game windo pops up for like 5 seconds, and then auto-closes.

I can't fathom this Origin nonsense out so I'm giving up and going back to playing it on the PS3.

Complete waste of time.

Ok... no sooner did I post that but the game actually launched! :D

Playing now on High Settings on the iMacs glorious 27" screen!
