Bootcamp and big sur, mbp battery issue

Hi, i got last Big Sur beta and Windows 10. i realized if i enable Optimised battery charging

My battery doesn't charge if i am using windows.
Then i had to boot in Big Sur and uncheck that option, now i can charge my batter in windows

is it a bug? would apple fix this?
