Bootcamp Assistant Latest Version USB Support

Running Snow and want to install w7 via bootcamp and usb.

The latest version of bca does this but what version is it? Can I download it for Snow?

Do I have to upgrade to Lion? ** Update I am installing Lion, and updates.

Does it only work with 2011 MBA as I have the 2010 MBA.

Been Googling around looks like I need a version of Bootcamp 4.0.1.

Any ideas how I can get this and wonder whether it will work on a 2010 MBA.
